Hi Vitek,

trading Gold now I noticed there're 4 months of data missing in the price history on cTrader, more specifically Oct 31, 2019 - Mar 2, 2020.
Do you plan to fix it? It affects back testing and may also affect some indicators such as yearly-based pivot points or VWAP (I use both and they are both completely off because of this error in data).

Btw. I'm thinking about how such thing would even be possible? Was trading of Gold with FTMO down for such a long time?

Hi Vitek,

a question re challenge fee remuneration. I know you can get it back with the first profit split and assume your account needs to be in profit for that. However, if you happen to be in loss on the profit split day, are you still allowed to get the fee back or you need to wait for the first profitable split day for that? And if the latter is true, is there any min profit amount required, like e.g. at least the amount equivalent to the challenge fee paid, or will any amount of profit do?

To make my question clear - I'm asking about the FTMO Account phase, when the contract is already in place and signed

Yes, it is. The text highlighted and the articles in the screenshot implicitly answer your question.

There isn't an explicit "you won't be paid". There is a "you may be offered a contract.." which does not imply a commitment in this regard. So, implicitly saying that you may not be eligible for being an FTMO Trader, title that will give you the "right" to get that refund.

In the other highlighted text, you can see that the company in which you perform the challenge and evaluation is not responsible for being you rejected by the FTMO Trader Program "for any or no reason". If the third-party company rejects you "for no reason" then, you may not be refunded.

So, all narrows to what I have mentioned in the previous post:
They reserve their right to do whatever they want, whenever they want.

I already am a FTMO Trader so the text is completely irrelevant to me

Ignore the mong Paula.

You are eligible to receive your refund on the first profit split day which you must have also qualified to receive your first profit pay out by ending the month in some profits, even as low as $5 or probably less.
If the month is a losing one, there are no profits to share and thus no refund of evaluation fee YET!

In the Terms and Conditions highlighted does not say that. It does not differentiate whether you are already an FTMO Trader or not. Also, I can't find the name of the company that holds FTMO traders... Just that it is a third-party company.

Guys, am I right in thinking that because TraderOtakar started this thread, if someone (perhaps Vitek?) asks him simply to add this PaulMF person to his ignore list, that would prevent PaulMF from continually undermining the entire purpose of the thread with his agenda-driven garbage and misinforming others?

It seems like a fast and easy solution to an increasing and silly problem?
