Quick Thoughts for Monday

  1. First, I am expecting a retest of 1.0757 area while inside the circle. As long as candles flow inside the circle, 1.0772 would be my limit high.
  2. Once candles are out of the circle, and depending on how strong 1.0772 area resists, we could either go one notch higher to retest 1.0794 area (scenario 2) OR we could drop to previous resistance that now might have turned into support (i.e. the hidden support area on chart) (scenario 1)
  3. The overall trend might have shifted to bearish (please notice that my MACD is now below 0) BUT bulls need some time to give up fully. Therefore, don't rush!

Anyway, that was my 2 cents. Keep enjoying your weekends folks...

Money without a purpose corrupts.
The 1.06413 support is an area to watch out for as there is a bearish bias in the long run. But I think the 1.06676 will be tested again in the coming days. Right now, when the market opens on Monday in Asia, there'll be a fight between the bulls and bears for sometime(maybe for a few days)till we see a clear direction that is unfolding. For now, I'm thinking it's going to be uncertain for EURUSD
