Meanwhile, on H4...

Sellers kept coming in as soon as price was 10 to 15 pips above my balance line, and it provided a profitable area for shorting, BUT the recent bullish attack from Friday created larger drawdowns for those sellers... therefore we must stay alert!

Today we are retesting this zone near the channel balance line: 1.0014 ----> adding 10 to 15 pips would give us: 1.0024/29 area as critical resistance!

Assuming that my balance line can't resist anymore, bulls still have to break 1.0056 for more upside! BUT even after that, we would still have to watch resistant powers at the channel upper edge: 1.0110... All this tells me that bulls have to work hard to achieve a reversal.

On the bearish side, my logic is simpler: 0.9916 area is currently main support for the next 5 hours or so! A breakout below this level is a must for bearish continuation.

To summarize, these are the bottlenecks waiting for bulls: 1.0014 --- 1.0024/29 --- 1.0056 --- 1.0110
