I struggle to get my brain around this.

You need time. I am waking up very early at the morning and read any new I found from yesterdays evening I close and go for rest. I am reading and watching charts many hours every day at least 10. I have a well designed plan (my mind) from years planning and always looking at details. My diets moto is "eat all but with measure, avoid sweets and drinks" (only small candies and one, or two glass of wine per week). I have mind only for fx and nothing else, but I can rest at weekends.

If you are having time and want to make money you should give time only to this and learn everything about EU economy and micro/macroeconomics. Its hard, but it pays after some years. I don't advise you to make anything stupid like, quit your job, job should be first.

I hope you can make it, if you are not yet.
