As expected. Bulls will try to keep it up but as I said earlier times you can’t have proper bull trend without corrections. There is no such a thing “one way ticket”.
I don’t know what was the catalyst but if this returns one leg up to 1.1419 - 1.1443 (ma100) area it’s hard to keep for bulls. Next leg for bears opened (just saw it) 1.1401 to 1.1378 if they can manage to near around 1.1401 but very very hard fight here. Good luck all.

It already did to shake out weak shorts, we are in a falling wedge on 4hrs. Time to sell again, as we are at the upper band of the wedge. Direction has been set for the day(south )

I may have to change my perspective. In this business, you have to stay flexible and roll with the punches. I assumed at the ECB meeting yesterday that USD would catch a bid off the back of Lagarde saying they are not interested in lifting rates. Investors just won't give up on the idea that ECB will raise rates. With at least 2 rate increases now priced in on the EUR after the past two meetings, it's hard to judge right now. I think we again stay range-bound. US bonds getting sold off at a fairly strong rate, and US 10 year rates are still rising (currently sitting at 1.949% as of writing). No one is moving on the USD at the moment.

Sitting and watching, waiting for some volume to come in and confirm a direction.

Some big players are wanting a higher euro for some reason, and until they give up, we are most likely to stay rangebound.
