anyone looked at the weekly chart - seems like a no brainer buy - perhaps the nfp has created a bottom

Agree that it's looking a bit bleak (possible understatement) but I've held positions for months before now, only for them to come back around into profit. It's not impossible. Though the problem in his case being all positions are one-way, so he crucially needs to either do a tactical drawdown - maybe trim half the positions and accept the loss, in the hopes that it buys enough leeway for the others to benefit from a reversal to either BE or gain slim profit, or decide to accept the £7k+ loss as is. Personally, I think I'd hold over the weekend and see what Mon/Tues brings. Also, if trimming the loss allows him to use some of the remaining equity to scalp sell, might not be the worst idea in addition.

Market has exceeded the D target @ 90 level and exceeded the 40 level @ the top. Buyers keep pushing the market past the take profit levels on the top side and do not retrace to the 50% when they pullback. That is buying pressure.

Hi Guys,
As per the above post on the 10th of Jan this year. We are just 191 pips away from my yearly pivot at 1.1721. The down move has not come easy but it has been grinding its way down. I would like to see 1.1721 being tested before a new surge upwards. We shall see. Attached Daily chart.

Stop trading live. Start learning about markets. Don't trust people who claim to be good. Learning is free. Don't trust people who sell something - they are liar. There is no easy way. You have to love charts.

Weekly Analysis (of my trading, week 9, 2021)

Was in demo as I transition to new broker following blowing up old account and their regulatory changes that made continuing with them unfeasible.

My mind was never into trading; other thoughts, new broker related (things to verify) and unrelated. The trading showed a fair amount of good intuitions drawn from experience and my technicals, not ideally exploited, mixed in with loss of focus and emotional control, same as other below average weeks when I lost money or scraped by.

Feeling a sense of urgency to get back into trading that does not forebode well. It's not the right state of mind to trade. Next week still in demo, and I still have unrelated matters to take care of, so not ideal.
