It will not drop.. 1.2110 area is strong support.. The tops still have to be taken out.. No ruısh for full selling! Next week probably!

I get the feeling next week could start with a retrace up towards 12200 but then a fall towards 12070-90 area

H1 Status Update

Since bears have the upper hand now my plan for Monday would be as follows:

  1. IF no H1 candle closes below 1.21125 I will try to sell 1.21475 area (Anticipating that bulls are limited with 1.2160 max.) (Scalper-longs would be an option here)
  2. IF any H1 candle do closes below 1.21125 I will rinse & repeat trading with my classic methodology: Selling the lowest (most current) Dashed-BLUE TL touch levels.. (Scalper-longs would be too risky.. Only the closer price gets to H4 Green line area: 1.2070 we could begin to think of buying for counter pa)

Agree Ata, my analysis on Graph H1: TA the downside impetus is starting to look strong on the basis: MACD indicator has gone below + Awesome also has red 3 bars below the line, at least this price decline could reach back at 1.2023. to 1.2041 .., There is a possibility that the price will go up to 1.2147 .. to fall back down
I see the current decline can not be said to be a trend reversal. The trend is still Bullish.

If you are bullish bias next week, you will make more pips. This is from the fundamental perspective. Thinking of the vaccine hopes, brexit deal and the dollar index chart indicates bearish. Just look for your buy entry. Thats all.

Also volume analisys show how bears are going strong: yesterday high was made with LOW volume, so quotes went down. Actual down leg has double prence of SELLERS....next short level over 1.21 is 1.2070 area

This EURUSD rally may be for real.

the buy/sell retail ratio is nuts lately. If retail traders go MORE net short if/when it retraces up to it’s last week high, gtfo of a short trade unless you have appropriate risk management.

Brexit. Does not matter best news. Or expected news on bad side. GBPeur I’m not sure, but anything else eur or gbp pairs will see EUR and gbp strength. Just from uncertainty.

lots of deals on hold. Just need to know the final rules.

This is true....if you don't figure out how to use the pinpoint accurate information of said indicators. But then if you offhandedly just disregard the indicators you'll never figure it out what they might be good for.
