EURUSD only,
Just to clear the air here
I opened my first trading account on the 18th April 2025.
I didn't do courses (i lie actually i did a course on Udemy didn't complete it) beginning of April waiting for my account to go live.
I have got no experience in trading, i read alot and try to understand why others are entering trades.
Every single one of you guys i leech on your posts, I read them and analyse and try to get what i can from them.

I am down about 15% from my original capital that i put in, Yes i did top up twice in hindsight it was not necessary then but i didn't want to be wiped out.

I am slowly making up that 15% and i will i know it,
Stop loses have taught me that its actually a breather.
Take that punch straight on the nose wipe off the blood and carry on trading.
Forget about the loss, but learn because staying in a trade hangs like an albatross around your neck.

Thank you Sir Ata and everyone of you guys in this group, i know that i am an amateur (Just on 3 months) and still have tons to learn, but without this group, I would not be here.

In my opinion, it's good that you're trading a live account early on, you'll learn much faster that way. Just one important piece of advice:
Avoid high leverage, AND/OR don’t trade bigger than 0.01 lot at the beginning.
You will make mistakes early on, we all do. That’s why your first deposit should be seen as a tuition fee, just like paying for school. You’re paying to learn, not to earn (yet).
And most importantly:
Never trade with money you can't afford to lose.

Back in 2012, When for the First time I traded, I had some wins, beginners luck, turned 10$ into 270$ in a week. Knew nothing about analysis, or news. Then I thought it's easy, so why trade 0.01 lot? Then I opened 0.5, not even 0.05!!
Then it was a Friday, had no idea about NFP news. Just opened a sell trade in USD/JPY, and after few minutes...BANG...wiped out whole balance in a minute. Then I understood the value of 0.01 lot.

If you have learned to accept a loss with SL, then you have won 50% (a little advice, accept a loss only as much as you can afford to earn under any conditions in the same time back) and now all you have to do is look and look and look at the charts on different TFs ... and find out where the main and temporary SR levels are ... and that's it, the next 30% is done and the last 20% is, in my opinion, a special feeling and interaction with the market, but you will only get it over time, like all other trading experiences ... everything takes time and patience ... Watching the screen 16 hours a day...
Even when I went outside… I still saw charts in the clouds, in the pavement, everywhere...

In the early days of exploring, I had a chart open , USDCHF... I’ll never forget the date: 15-01-2015.
Suddenly, in seconds, the chart collapsed, squeezed together like never before.
I thought: “What the hell is happening? What IS this FX thing?”

Had a 100k demo open. No trades...
Price dropped 3,000 pips straight down
I started clicking like a maniac, “BUY! BUY! What’s going on? Look at this move!”
I kept entering more trades, thinking: “What goes down… must go up, right?”
Wrong...
That 100k demo?
Gone.
In seconds also

But from that chaos… something clicked.
That day, I didn’t just lose fake money, I found the thing I’d do for the rest of my life!

Bearish still stand.. Bears are slightly luckier than bulls with current picture in mind...

My 2 cents
With the current News happening around the dollar, and Fridays rally. i am changing my Bias to Longs, Will look for long opportunities. NO SELLING
I doubt whether the bears can beat the engulfing Daily Candle with no sign of retracement on Friday.
I will be holding all trades until London on Monday.
No sense in trying to trade before those markets open.
My Sentiment is that the Dollar is damaged goods and people are starting to realise it, the drop to 1.1400 may be the bottom, and bulls are in control again Looking at 1.2 to $
The mere fact that Friday's close erased Tuesday Wednesday and Thursdays gains, back to upper channel.

The late-day market reaction to the Kugler resignation doesn't make much sense. If she disagreed with Powell and was more aligned with Trump's views on rate cuts, what does resigning accomplish? Her absence from the most recent rate meeting was described by the fed as being "for personal reasons." She's of the age where aging parents need more time and attention.

The only significant fundamental development this week is the downward revisions in prior months' NFP numbers in this Friday's report. The BLS release noted that federal government job losses are significantly contributing to overall NFP moderation.

The fed's statutory dual mandate for max employment consistent w/price stability implies the two main datasets driving rate decisions are the unemployment rate (which held steady Friday, inline w/projections), and the PCE inflation index (which remains sticky). The fed is serious about not allowing inflation expectations to become anchored above target.

Talk of dedollarization is exaggerated, IMO. There has been some at the margins, but things are always happening at the margins. In order for a strong dedollarization trend to continue, there needs to be a serious alternative to the USD. The only possible candidate is EUR, not some BRICS fantasy, and EUR has its own very long-standing and long-entrenched challenges.

I remain skeptical of EURUSD further upside.

Plausible scenario supporting the price action late Friday: Kugler resigning for personal reasons, Trump taking the opportunity to install a shadow chair. Still, messing with fed independence is bad for the markets and the economy.
