Personally I have a good experience with Saxobank. I'd be interested to hear your experiences with other brokers!

InterbankFX works great with me...never had any problems with transactions and overall everythings been very smooth with them the past few months...ya, their good like that. Seriously moving to an ECN broker very soon though, because I don't like paying some of the higher spreads.

but IBFX are a great group and their really easy to do business with

Great. Glad you found a good one. I have tried interbank, they were mostly ok, but they really hiked the spreads during the news, I often had limit orders that got triggered even though price was a mile away, just their spread was so huge. I guess how annoying this would be would relate to your trading style.
Hahah SAXOBANK..?? you kidding me one of the worst brokers i have been with.
I was with them in 2006.. I was trading nicely.. made good profits.. suddenly they increasing spreads, widening it during news, and lots of problems with there softwares occured.. Its one of the worst brokers i have been with.. You ask for withdrawal it take ages.

Well everyone has diff view on each broker.. But to tell you, google SAXO BANK review, you will find out..
They don't widen spreads usually around the news. I do not trade the news spikes. I mostly use them mostly for carry trades and longer term trades, they have some very exotic pairs. I trade options FX options too, on the same platform. Fair enough though, different people have different views, thats why i created the poll, to see what other peoples experiences are.

One of the things i dont like about saxo is the fact the sales people do hound u a bit too much.. but in honesty, most brokers I have used haven't been much different. I have never had any issues with withdrawals. I like the fact they are regulated by the FSA, too. I'm not a cheerleader for them though, they arn't perfect.. and the platform can be annoying.. no broker is perfect
I was using CMSFX until they shunted my cash and account to forex.com As I heard some negative stories about them, I took my cash out and they closed my account due to inactivity.

I am now considering using Dukascopy or perhaps Interbank FX or FXCM. I’m not sure which one to use. I’m a simple trader that uses market orders on daily charts with 21EMA-13EMA cross and +/- RSI 21 to match. Therefore my needs are not too technical but I want a broker I can trust.

Anyone with any ideas? Thanks.
I'm not very impressed by Saxo Bank's trading platform. Any serious broker should support a number of 3rd party platforms and let the client decide.
I would recommend PFGBest myself.

Interactivebrokers is a good choice imo
fast execution, tight spreads , financial sound company ,ECN , FX Futures etc..,regulated, UK branch.
Looks like 50% like the other broker the best.

Considering IBFX to be one of the preferred brokersin this poll was not a surprise for me since I also traded with them. Yes, they had fairly satisfied my preference but as time pass by, some flaws in its trading execution made me took chances look for another broker that will give me more feature in trading. Now, I’m happily trading with FSIFX for about a year and half.
So far, Trader's way is turning out to be great. And I use a couple of other brokers for retail trading. And yeah, the key is to make sure that the site in question stays up and does not crash. Every trader will have his or her preference, when it comes to selecting brokers..

The absolute best Retail FX Intermediary in the business was not even listed in the survey - wow! No wonder why so many people are having "broker problems."

Also, the second best Retail FX Intermediary in the business was missing as well.

Time to do another survey, me thinks.

joke? they have server down time since 2007. still happening. im with them by the way. im looking for a better broker.
