Thank you ErollZch and Damiend for this system and EA, may I suggest to give an option to include number of pips (let us say 5 pips) after the breakout before taking the trade. this will help to filter the fault breakout.

good idea,entry by pips range SNR
TP and SL also can be place by pips.and add on trailing stop if in profit maybe?

That's a pretty good trend line - just have to do the exact opposite of what the EA is currently doing so you have the line going the right way

Thanks for your feedback. Be advised that the time used in the settings is local broker time, so unless you are in the same timezone than me you can't use the default settings to follow ErollZach's strategy.
I may change this in the future to use gmt times so that everybody can use default settings the same way.

Attached is a new version 1.3 for this EA. It is a minor update to :

  1. Fix the bug that opens an order when the candle close doesn't confirm the breakout sometimes despite the fact that WaitForCandleToClose=true in settings. See https://www.forexfactory.com/showthr...2#post10057682
  2. Add a BreakoutPipsConfirmation parameter as asked by htawfik above. When WaitForCandleToClose=false, this parameter will allow to open a trade when there is breakout + BreakoutPipsConfirmation pips.

Is this EA also available for MT5?? Have tried it succssfll on MT4 demo today, but my live acc is on MT5 platform.

for me breakout box start hour works well but box end hour not working,EA draws box till the end till current candle
For starters I don't know anything about coding, with that being said, I'm not sure how hard this addition would be. Would it be possible to have all the Major 28 pairs on the EA and be able to choose which ones we want the EA to use. That way we don't have to load the EA on each and every pair that we want to use. This allows you to set your EA to the Tokyo Open for example and then go into the EA and ONLY select the JPY pairs for the EA to use. Basically only the relevant pairs according to the Market Open you are focusing on.
