Is it normal for XM to disable trading 5 min before the close?

Hello .
last week and before 5 min from market closed i try to clise 2 sell position on gold but i got message market is closed .
price change and my loss changed snd i try many time with and i got the same message i sent what happen to cs and they asl for log file and today i got snswer that market was closed .
any one here is trade with xmanswer me if trading is disabled in xm before msrked close 5 min ?
any broker can disable trafing any time ??
Get your trading done earlier. There is no good reason to be trading 5 minutes before the close.

As an example, I never do any trading for at least two hours before the close. Spreads are usually crap at this time anyway.
it is normal. Trading is also disabled within 5 minutes after 6pm.
For xauusd, I always close open trades by noon on Friday.

Try IC markets. Not every broker disable

trading 5 minutes before the market close and after the market open..

I use XM but have never heard of anything like that no.

its happened with me last week market desible and i got message that marjet is clised .
when i sent log file they answer me that market was clised .
