I'm only introducing some of the basic concepts here with regards to risk management.
To be honest all traders/investors should be masters at managing risk before they even place a single trade.
Thankfully most traders start trading with small capital so the overall losses will tend to be relatively smaller during the 'learning' phase.
My hope is that some traders take up this risk management approach and adopt it to their own trading because it is a critical component of longer term success in the markets.
I will provide several more examples moving forward but I am attempting to use my own live traded account here as an example of applying risk management so traders get to see a clear link between the two and can learn from easy to understand information.
If its not clear please ask questions.
