InterbankFX Broker Crashes Again. This is beginning to be a recurring theme with this broker!! Be Careful

I'm debating on leaving InterbankFX in favor of another MT4 trader. Probably FXDD, MIG, North Finance or FiboGroup. IBFX has consistently had 4-6 hours of downtime per week on their MT4 platform. They keep promising a working version, but it doesn't seem to be getting any better.

Can anyone recommend one of the other MT4 Mini-Account brokers?

P.S. - Apologies if this is a repeat of a previous thread.

Are you guys on demo or live?

I'm not having problems with them ... live account.

I just left interbankfx for fxdd. I'm pleased so far. Great spreads. I had some execution problems, but, it was the result of a configuration issue. They were very good about getting it fixed quickly, even calling me a couple times without my asking for a callback. They were a little slow getting my accounts setup, but, those issues were worked out as well.

My broker is MIG. I'm happy with them so far. Their service is good, their spreads are low (2 pips in many cases), and I've never encountered such problems. However, if you want to open a mini account the minimum deposit is USD 2000. They're also located in Switzerland so you'll face more paper work comparing to American companies. Check them out. You may like them (their live server is a little bit slower than their demo server).Good Luck

I pulled my account from InterbankFX after my emails to their management team over the fact that their production system was going offline several times a day went completely unanswered, that the MT4 platform had no working news feed (though that was never divulged when I signed up) and that their "Technical Support" people had NO CLUE about anything. You would ask them "When will you have a working news feed?" and they would invariably reply "We're working on it and hope to have it in a couple of weeks". This was the exact same response I got to this question over a 5 month period.

I would stay very far away from IBFX as I feel they are in this for a quick buck and do not give a s*it about their clients.

I agree they don't know how to handle customer problems!
