hello
i use strength indicator but this indicator show momentary strength
which way is best to find trending pair's {i'm day trader}

It all depends which time frame/s you are watching. So for example, you can catch a typical pullback trending move on a 10 or 20 second time frame which on a 5 or 15 minute tf is just a messy looking move within a ranging market. So when you talk of trends, you have to identify the time frame, as there are trends going on all the time on the smaller ones even if there is no identifiable trend on the higher ones, and when there is, then it should be obvious anyway.

i only trade one and that is enough for me
it depends on what strategy you're using and how much you're risking

All those styles could fall into trading with the trend. I think you would have to be flexible enough to be able to switch styles to accomodate the
market condition. Trend trading is about market momentum from traders at different volume scales in the market and riding on their coat-tails.
Also looking at the strongest vs weakest currency pairing would be of great benefit.
By limiting yourself to just the majors, you could limit yourself to just 10 currency pairs and trade only 1 or 2 pairs max. at one time.

i think one ways is break higher trend line {H4/D1}
this break can be turning point on lower timeframe {M1/M5/M15}

Previously used the Currency Meter. No go, perhaps due to TimeZone (US/London) open/close zone, which is a sleepy timezone for me.

Since I'm inclined as day trader, i will close the position for the day, +ve or -ve
Tomorrow is another day!

Stick to one pair is that because not everyone concentration much. So he made mistakes and wish trading which lead to frustration and bad ending...

Too Many Timeframes - Analysis Paralysis.
Currency Meters I use only for confirmation of momentum. Not useful for trend information.
Look at price movement from session to session on a daily basis, is it trending up, down or sideways ?
Stick to one pair and 2 timeframes and go from there, would be a reasonable place to start.

I find RSI to be a good indicatorof trend on every TF. Above 50 and the trend is up. Below 50 and the trend is down. The 14 period RSI is ok but also a higher period RSI may suit.

finding one way
i use 21 sma on H1 and trade on m1
and catch trend with m5 OSMA
when price cross the ma we only trade in the direction MA
BIG TREND always occur in the direction MA
if price go on above ma we only take buy and vice versa

and i think we haven't more choppy market or sideway with this method
