Tight spreads means nothing if your order is held back and reqoutes pops up when price move in your favour. Better look for speed without any cancellations nor reqoutes.

gfx and coex seem to have low spreads. are they crap for service?
I am doing a demo with MIG Investments. So far I have had only one re-quote out of nearly 200 trades. I had them very often with my live mini account at InterBankFX. I will update when I have a live account with MIG.

They offer low spreads on many pairs -- IIRC they have 2 pip spreads on 5 different pairs. They beat or match InterBank FX on every pair I have looked at spread-wise and as far as I can tell by the demo their service and connection is superior.
You will find that demo trading is more smoother than real trading because its not real money being traded. A lot of folks get tricked this way. They sign up for a live account thinking that things will be as fluid as the demo account.

are they ok? id like a broker that uses metatrader, it just makes everything so easy.

I am very interested to see how this works out for me live. I did experience one more re-quote on my demo today, so it appears that they *can* indeed happen but only on 0.75% of my trades so far.

I have mailed my application to MIG Investments and should be live with them in two weeks or so. I will be sure to post about my trading experiences live at that time.
