That's not a good question. There are some with 1 pip spreads and no commission, but are they legit or reliable? Most probably 99% not legit.

What you want is tight spread, or interbank spread with decent commission along with reliability. Shopping for a broker is like shopping for a new laptop or something. You get what you pay for. Sure you can get that cheap Acer laptop, but will it still be working in 3 months time? Better go with the Sony or the HP one. You pay a bit more, but you end up better off in the end.
