Just to add to previous important levels, as a reference, note that yesterday GB close (current year GB highest close) is at 41973 while pit close is at 42415.(current year Pit highest close) For balance or continuation upside we do not want to see acceptation below these values (GB below 41973 and Pit below 42415). If this will happen we could in fact experiment a severe liquidation. So monitor for them carefully.

Note that GB opened and immediately test the pit spike base at 4231 (just one single pip above it), then retraced upside. This level is important not only because it is yesterday pit spike base but also because is the May 2010 year low.

What a surprise to wake up and find price exactly at the base of the multi pass GB gap signaled yesterday in my last comment 42035-4284.
I think that, considering current location we could experience some filling of the bigger gap zone 41615-42325 at GB open. In any case, even if not (specially if not) I suggest to take memo of this zone.

Note that the core of the entire extension of yesterday action (all session included) stretched from 4156 to 4266, meaning from the lower composite poc to the higher one. This means that the value is building between them.

  2. yesterday GB close (highest GB year close at 42625).
  3. yesterday pit spike downside base at 4254.
  4. yesterday afternoon pit rally high at 4170.

These are the levels to monitor in order to possibly evaluate market intention during GB session. Acceptation below them could mean that yesterday pit liquidation was perhaps not enough. Acceptation above them could instead let the market continue higher with the filling of the huge brexit gap downside. Finally, considering the current multi pass gap zone, balance will be in any case very normal in order to fill these zones what ever the direction the market will take next.

I suggest you to note that the entire PreUS+Pit action originated, at the pip, from the yesterday pit spike base at 4254, And that this action (for now a liquidation) is currently testing the yesterday afternoon pit rally high at 4170. So these levels were important not only for GB but obviously also for pit, because 2 of them originated by yesterday pit session participants.

GB at open worked on it only partially. And as you see, now, pit action covered it entirely.

Now, yesterday pit session spike base at 4254 was also preUS open (it coincides also with yesterday GB open). This means that the entire US action downside originated from a well known exact US reference and this makes it weak for definition, as only weak hands use exact references like this to act on the market. This does not mean we have to go there, nor we have to go there right now. But it means that now you know who is involved in this action and you are prepared to potentially profit from this knowledge.
