Fundamentals don’t really support long atm. We’ll see what happens next and react accordingly.

if i buy it would be for a intraday move like 1/2 adr or a retest of a breached level..

Losing month. Not much but still. And same mistake as in June. Traders should learn from their mistakes, right?
System works fine. Trade went eventually my way again as expected. My problem is overexposure. I do know why I do this ... 10%. I'm taking too much risk.
I think if I aim like 2%-4%, I would be fine. Something to think about.

Did you manage to find one that works mate?

If not try this version.

Edit: Although this is the only version I could get to work, it sometimes has issues updating the arrow directions, but mainly It was causing heavy slow-down on my terminal with multiple tabs open, so just decided to discard the Angleator altogether. But up to yourself.

Greetings all. I have been trading with pivot points since late 2020 and honestly it works so well most times but somtimes it doesn't work because there are pieces to the puzzle which I dont know about .
I've been searching for answers for months until I just discovered this thread here on FF.
I am so glad that my questions will be answered at long last. Many thanks to @Davit for setting up this thread.
Please could anyone show me how to set up my charts with the indicators or point to a post that can guide me? Secondly does the indicators work on MT5 as ut works on MT4 or should I stick to only MT4.

Hello there,

Davits first post is pretty good with telling you how to set up your charts. It is a good idea to start in the beginning and start reading the posts through. Over the years, Davit has revised and updated the template he uses, as have many of us. It helps to see the ebb and flow of this system and how it works in the real world. It does not work on MT5.

Keep in mind that PA is king/queen. Every system is not 100% foolproof although this one does give an edge. You have to decide what your own stop loss philosophy is going to be, what money management style works for you, etc. No one has all the answers. Most people trade for years and years before they find what works for them. Even then, expect to take losses. Find a way that you can mentally be okay with that, accept your losses and move on. I personally have traded since 2008 and still take losses, if you can learn from that, find the edge that works for you and continue on, you can become a successful trader.

Thank you for you @Rupasi for your kind response. I have downloaded and set up the template on my charts successfully and will be studying the procedures and rules carefully.
I am very enthusiastic about this strategy because I have been trading strictly in confluence with prevailing fundamental directional bias and using the default daily pivots provided by my broker for entry/exit levels determination. So far it has been working though it could be better. I think the problem with my previous approach is that the daily pivots are not quite as reliable and the indicators did repaint.
Looking closely at Davit's weekly pivots, I think the weekly 61 to 100 zones will present better entries/profit targets for me.

Seeing this particular post here has been very encouraging for me as a beginner on this thread because I took exactly the same XAUUSD short from WR100 area, just before yesterday's FOMC releases.
Recent US data releases in past weeks underscore the resilience of the US economy. Therefore I expect another hike or a continued hold on current interest rates by the FEDs for a longer period of time in order to hault inflation.

This is yet another confirmation that @Davit's strategy works very well.
