Sorry nosey question. Are you still holding from 144 ish? I gave up on my earlier positions 145ish as I couldn't stomach a big drawdown.

Yes from 146 and 144. It's been painful but today has provided some relief. I cant wait to close.

Fair play that takes some courage :-) My problem in that situation is that I would double down too often, and try and move my average higher and then drain my account before it turned. I figured a <£500 loss was better than losing a chunk of my savings.

I don't think it will be a one way street on the yen going forwards as we approach a recession/banking crisis, although I'm not sure how far the currency can advance. At some point in Europe the energy crisis could return. I read one report that due to the strikes in France the gas storage levels weren't being refilled at the correct rate.

I'm also in EC and CJ as well.
So probably not taking NC, I leave it be.

Reason GC IMO has "room to drop" below 170

When you look at GU it already hit R61 and trajectory is more south.GU drop helps crosses

Just got back, missed all the good entries. Eyeing EG now. Set some pending long's at 61 will see how it goes.

Been holding and adding since Tuesday at R61, overall positive position. If I can just get these original entries to BE @ R61, it will be extremely positve. Been holding some GC as well.

Since Davit said he has made 3K to 25K in two months I've been thinking increasing my lot size a bit, as I'm struggling to get 10% monthly. I know everything over zero is good but I haven't taken any significant risk to achieve like 5-7%. This is psychological thing taking another step, I don't know if I would tend to scalp and not holding like atm... No idea.
I need to take some master class from Davit how to overcome this

I thought about this question and edited my previous response.

You should trade what you feel comfortable.Think more like Yoga you can't stress your body to do things its not ready otherwise may cause injury..
Its perfectly fine returns you got so far.Lot of traders blow account after account never get consistent.Even if you get 50% return end of the year that's 3 times better then average hedge fund!
Do what you feel think its right for you!

Everyone is different.I prefer the stress-free approach of low risk. Three reasons:
1. I can walk away from my screen, I can sleep better, knowing I am not losing 5,10 % if trade goes bad
2. With this system, we are casting a net over a range of price, therefore need to save some bullets if/when price moves against you.
3. I tend to hold to target when trading smaller size, kind of related to point 1, but this would be fear of giving it back when in profit.
The points above are how I trade this system 70-80%. However, I also day trade the NY session (mostly indices) with heavier positions, but for swing trading pivots, I much prefer the lower risk approach.
