HOW do they become support and resistance?

First resistance (R1) = (2 x PP) – Low - WHY is that resistance. It makes no sense.

I worked for Barclays for years like I said and no one ever used or mentioned pivots. I bet if I had used them I wouldn't of worked there for long.

They might be ok for little trades but whats the point starring at a screen all day wishing one would hit support or resistance.... Then watch the investment banks go the other way and trap the retail trader.

So pivots are very similar to Fibonacci levels.. More waste of time to trap the retail trader..

Your all better off with the SMA2 Shift 2 if you want to make money on the daily... Shit that works.

The trouble with retail traders is they have to be in trades all day every day... I used to wait for one maybe a week, sometimes one a month and made more money then most people make in a year.

It's like why buy the GBP/USD + GBP/CHF as your doubling your risk.. If the GBP went the other way and fast you're doomed.

Indicators are tools you can hummer a wall or bang on your thump.Its the user how he/she uses and this is logical.
Strat is using MA's for his "shadow" and he does well. I use Fib Pivots because that's what worked for me. Only a total moron would make blind statements!

Seriously My PM is full of posts people thanking me how much money and how much better trader they are because of this thread.
I don't put a gun on people heads to come here and if I were a Freud I should of been busted long ego.I am still here and still have same Oanda account I opened 5yrs ego.

Can not post there because there is a lock on the thread. It's funny that VeeFx and others came here and try to warn about adding positions. Then when everyone shushed him away he felt ostracized and had a vendetta with people at this thread since. He goes so far as 'having 100 tabs open just to ignore.' He is truly mentally unstable, guess this gets him off which he things makes him superior, it doesnt. To brag about it in a community whose goal is to make money is beyond asinine. For all his subscribers, none of them came to bat for him while those here came to support Davit and pivots. To think they believe people in this thread are stalking them... They have no value to give so why bother?

The only way to shut these guys the hell up, is to win. As the saying goes, success is the best revenge. Note these gains are when i started studying this system. Journey started in mid March.

Hello everyone!

I just opened my FF page and saw a lot of unread posts here so as I'm going through the last pages I started remembering what made stop using FF years ago. I will safe some time by going straight to the point. If someone decided to sacrifice their one time, energy and piece of mind by sharing their knowledge, giving you ideas and even created a template so you don't have to bother fixing the indicators yourself, absolutely free of any charge BTW and the only thing they are asking is to follow the rules on page 1... this is it, nothing else.. I understand you might be a stuck up egocentric prick who never says Thank you or Apologizes probably not even to his wife and kids but at least give the creator of the thread and its contributors the Courtney of a Common Respect. It might not be for you, "your system", believes, religion and other bullshit you lie to yourself that it's worth sticking to, but it definitely works for a lot of people in this forum and they all want to continue reading, learning, contributing, trade and make money in a healthy environment away from your hatred and poisonous language. Please do yourself and us a favor by shitting somewhere else.

Sorry you must feel violated after so much work and effort to make something good out of what you have developed. We all know pivots and fibs work along with price action, patterns and fundamentals, but you have put it together in a way that takes a bunch of risk out of trading and you have proven the results...hats off for that. I knew after readings literally hundreds of post this was something special and deserved my attention. But i must say dealing with some of the haters one must find a way to ignore their crap. I personally had to develop a thick skin because the distractions of the haters can ruin ones outlook on life......

USDCAD at 38s and when we look at a daily timeframe its at a historical high. TDI starting to cross. Lower timeframe we are just going sideways so at the moment so sit tight

Be careful: Fri NFP so best not to trade USD til then. If you do, then note that USD is OB and a correction is possible.
