You will only make money by selling it. Lose money by smoking it, and smoke it by growing it.

How is that infringing? Its a freaking different name. So what if it sounds the same. That would be like Shell suing Bell?

This happens regularly:

Early today deputies from the Shasta County Sheriff's Department's Marijuana Eradication Team destroyed 8,444 marijuana plants. The marijuana was believed to have been planted by growers from Mexico, although no arrests were made.

The plants found and destroyed in the Backbone Creek area at Shasta Lake brings the total number of marijuana plants eradicated this gowing season to 474,596. Last year, 472,000 were eradicated.

These attacks on Bell must cease immediately. Bell fuel is fine for my needs. I don't see Keineken sponsoring the Premier League for a while.

Patents and Brands rules here in Brazil (which follows international rules) judges whether or not situations like this is against the rules.

When you register a brand, you choose the category you're in. You cannot use similar brands in the same categories.

That's why most big brands register their brands in all categories possible, so you won't be able to name your petshop "Microsoft" anywhere here LOL

Several years ago, a Brazilian airline spent millions of dollars to register their cute character, a lil airplane doll or something. They had to register in every category in every country. And more, they had to register every position possible, I think it went through the hundreds. Sitting doll, shouting doll, flying doll, etc.

For example: In the Dow Industrials Index, we saw Shooting Stars on Monday and Tuesday; a High-Wave Spinning Top on Wednesday; a Hanging Man on Thursday; and a Bearish Engulfing Pattern today. The S&P 500 was a duplicate of the Dow, except that today’s bar was a High-Wave Spinning Top. The NASDAQs each left a High-Wave Hanging Man. The S&P 600 and the Russell 2000 each gave us a Doji Hanging Man on Thursday and a confirmatory lower close today. The Dow Utilities Index has closed Down four days in a row in black Candlestick bars. All of these signals warn of the possibility of a trend reversal. We interpret all of them, together, as indicating not just a possibility, but a probability, that prices will decline soon if not immediately. We intend to so indicate in the next issue of our Japanese Candlestick Investment Newsletter to be published this weekend.
