The government agency that guarantees depositors against the loss of their money in a bank failure may need its own lifeline.

The coffers of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corp. have been so depleted by the epidemic of collapsing financial institutions that analysts warn it could sink into the red by the end of this year.

That has happened only once before — during the savings-and-loan crisis of the early 1990s, when the FDIC was forced to borrow $15 billion from the Treasury and repay it later with interest.

It's somewhat intriguing how the yen pairs are detached from the stock market these days...

Seen comments that yen behavior might be the prelude for a slump in the stock market...

Take a look at EURGBP (most of the time it goes oposite to GBPJPY ) I think soon it will change directions , base on the resistance in EG .

Just placed a small sell order on AUD/USD off resistance, thought it was very clever, and realised it's big news in about 40 minutes. Better take it off and wait 70 minutes for the dust to settle. Yesterday my broker increased spreads to 100 pips on GBP/JPY. Sorry to keep going on about it. I'm not bothered, honestly.

Man I wish someone would step up and make a sports car for us "normal" sized people. I haven't been able to fit in a decent sports car since about the 5th or 6th grade. Dang Genetics!!!

Well, I got my fingers crossed here. Everything I need now is a good panic to slash prices in some 30%. Buying in the panic is AWESOME.

If I worked for Ferrari I could only be flattered by that kind of targeting.

Well, at least your broker doesn't take back over £27,346+ in profits and doesn't credit you when their website is down.

But the locals don't seem to share your view

That kind of target seems to be spreading. I don't know where you live, but here in Brazil Hyundai is pushing it to the edge.

They released the i30 and the Azeera and every ads say shit like:

"If you love the sportivity of the BMW 130i, if you admire the luxury of the English brands, if you - this and that - your car is a Hyundai".

These guys are so full of crap that they copied the BMW 130 and named the car "i30" - which obviously looks like "130" from some distance.

On Azeera, they claim shit like "trunk bigger than Mercedes (this or that), driving comfort of BMW - this or that and so on - your next car is Hyundai Azeera".

Next thing you know, you are looking at cocky people driving their R$ 60,000 i30 acting like they are driving a R$ 180,000 BMW 130

And that's how it goes:

Hyundai i30

BMW 130
http://www.autodestaques.com/imagens/bmw-130i-2.jpg

If you look close, you will see that no pattents were breached, since the rear window's wiper of the i30 is to the opposite direction

No, haven't recieved anything from the, just excuses and BS. It started on July 22, 2009.

Called and wrote. Sent e-mails numerous times. I've just escalated it to the compliance officer. Sent him an e-mail two days ago and no reply. Will wait till Monday then escalate it further. I also have a couple of friends and they just told me that the company took away their profits and the reason they gave them was "pricing error".

I won't post the name of the company, not yet but will do in the future.
