DislikedEuro still can be rejected from the 50% fib level, a secure buy would be at weekly close above 1.42 for big pips (big stoploss as well)
However...
You are shorting a possible crack of an important level to the upside. If there is no confirmation of a safe buy, there is no confirmation of a safe sell whatsoever.
That's why I'm doing soooo much better with stocks. The costs are too high to scalp, the leverage is zero. Everytime a trade pops 10% gain, I sell partial and buy another company. If they drop, I sit on my hands.

DislikedBut its no fun if you can be stinking rich on monday, broke on wednesday and homeless by friday, only to be stinking rich again due to some stroke of luck on NFP...........Then the cycle repeatsIgnored
DislikedYeah... You start with a $1,000 account right? Make 5% profit on Monday, which is HUUUUUUUGGGEEEEE for one day.
But you think: 5% of $1,000 is $50, who lives out of $50?
Imagine if you can risk only 2.5% of this account. You make a long term trade for 1,000 pips with stoploss of 500 pips, right? Very safe.
Than you realize: You will have to wait for WEEKS to come up with 1,000 pips and it will be only a $50 profit. Who lives out of $50?
That's when you push the leverage through the roof and your margin call countdown starts ticking.Ignored
DislikedStocks safe and sound. For some reason, going up.
I'm not going to scrutinize the reasons why they are going up today, for the Gods of the Stock Market may get angry and throw a lightning of anger upon my tiny shares and dump them to the house of the non-believers...
Yeah, I'm poetic today <PUFF> <PUFF> don't know why as well...Ignored
