Strange thing here. Major Brazilian miner Vale is down -1.8% today... It also has a strong buy recommendation, but it can't make it even close to last support now R$ 4 above...

This market is bloody paranoid; huge swings in the 1 min/5 min Dow chart, just unbelievable. Flat?? Not sure: the chart has been very messy today
