Time Remaining Indicator + Program + Tic volume

Hey, I'm looking for an indicator that shows on the top left corner how much time remains til the next bar's open/ this bar's close.

I had it but I got a new computer so it's lost now.
1) Can anyone show me where to get it?

Also, I'm trying to learn how to program indicators on my own with MT4.
2) What's a decent site that shows you this? Anything related?

Finally, about tic volumes. Correct me if I'm wrong, but tic volumes are how many times the price changed in the bar/ how many tics it moved in the bar?
3) So can it be said that tic volume and the "fastness" of the bar's movement have some sort of correlation?
