DislikedHi Dave_C, Thanks for making your Agility Trader available for free, it allowed me to finally automate a few of my favorite strategies and perform some back tests on them. I have one question for now: during the back tests the common MT4 buy/sell arrows and dotted lines appear on the charts, but they all disappear again once a back test is finished. I tried this on several brokers and it seems to be a software (EA) related issue. Is your EA coded to clean up all the arrows and dotted lines after a back test or is it some kind of bug? Regards and...Ignored

Disliked{quote} Part of the Deinit code is to delete all objects so you should choose the visual mode in back tests if you wish to identify trades. I will look at another method of deleting the Panel only in the next revision.Ignored
Secondly SellExit conditions were not being interpreted correctly- my error.
Thirdly, Input panel will remain after EA is deactivated but the white panel is removed. This is the best workaround that I can devise in a short time since it is advantageous to have the inputs still visible at the end of a back test. The inputs can be removed from the chart by selecting all objects and pressing delete, however the white panel was remaining, so I have chosen to delete it in code on exit. It is not such a bad thing as it serves as an indication that the EA is deactivated.
On a personal note, I always reply to posts and PM's but my action yesterday, when I asked a poster to discontinue posting, was not done without reference to all the facts, and I had noted the poster's courtesy on his most recent posts but I'm sure most smart people understood my actions. However there are always a few who take exception and that is their right and they can vote with their feet. I choose not to dignify them with a reply. I have never placed anybody on my ignore list and the person concerned is free to PM me.
In relation to the poster who PM'd me with a request and then placed me on their ignore list so I was unable to reply having spent quite some time working out a solution, let them rely on their own conscience.
I'm not so sure about the panel solution at this stage, so please download the latest update here.
Look forward to your feedback.
DislikedHi Dave When l withdraw the last version from chart...Here is what happen... White Font is gone but Blue one stayed... Also no trade have been trigerred same as conditions are met...Do not know what is the problem l will try with an older version to be sure my preset works as it was last friday Keep you posted {image}Ignored
Disliked{quote} Never was white font just a blue font on a white background. The reasons for keeping the inputs on screen are covered in the above post. If you use a black background you will lose the functionality of having your inputs still visible on screen after back testing. Regarding your own presets, I explained in a PM that I felt that your 3 entry conditions would cause very few trades to be triggered.Ignored
Disliked{quote} l have changed it... have only 2 conditions now... that was working fine friday... but l did some little changes during the WE... maybie '' no trade'' is totally my faulf... l am testing an older version anyway right now...just to be sure... Concerning the blue font...it stays same as you withdraw AT from chart...Have deleted each lines manually into objet list box. That never happened before...not a big deal Keep you postedIgnored
Disliked{quote} Appreciate your comments Ben. I did fully discuss my reasoning in Post #205 however I am open to a better idea. The problem is the box drawn around the inputs cannot be deleted manually or I would leave it there for readibility. This arises because of the previous delete all objects command on de-init also deletes trade lines on back testing. It's a big job just to delete the inputs box programatically and it is quite helpful after back testing anyway. As for your conditions, just try step by step adding conditions on a back test, even over...Ignored
