The Dunning–Kruger effect is a cognitive bias in which "people reach erroneous conclusions and make unfortunate choices but their incompetence robs them of the metacognitive ability to realize it."[1] The unskilled therefore suffer from illusory superiority, rating their own ability as above average, much higher than in actuality; by contrast, the highly skilled underrate their abilities, suffering from illusory inferiority. This leads to a perverse result where less competent people will rate their own ability higher than more competent people. It also explains why actual competence may weaken self-confidence because competent individuals falsely assume that others have an equivalent understanding. "Thus, the miscalibration of the incompetent stems from an error about the self, whereas the miscalibration of the highly competent stems from an error about others."[1]

DislikedHello Cyrus. This must be. Question is from "what" originate success? People struggle in forex to earn money, but is there any recipes how? And even there are, but who? can use them?
IMHO, not somebody who is still walking in a cyrcle. Question is, when in cyrcle, how to find a way out?
: What do you mean by "esoteric?". Dont forget that there are still those worse than me and better than me! And the best is only that who knows everything. The God. It is his quest for us to create it as it is. By many or one but right way, often hidden, discrete...

DislikedMy intention is to try to make things abit more erm, market oriented again. I know where fti is coming from talking about Gann, and I think there's alot of efficacy to it. But where are they charts and the actual WORKING THE MARKET. I am sure fti will also agree that if you don't have a strong foundation of the BASICS, all the other fancy stuff doesn't work and could be in fact very detrimental.
IE: if you're a white belt, don't go learn black belt stuff.
There are ways and methods to trade price previously discussed, and all I'm asking is where...Ignored

You are already somewhere, why to go back for what i already have... Only repeat it is good. You are good and you believe in yourself. When you want to repeat it here again, first 200pages...Ignored

Dislikedhi, guys.
GBP/USD and EUR/USD go out of sync for the last 2 hours. When EUR/USD pushes up , GBP/USD drops. This behavior confuses me. Bottom line is I have one dead short scout and one who chickened out wiht small profits.
