In fact, all three answers presented by Phil13, CookieMonsta and Alexandria are of value. That of Cookie would be a sort of manual. As well could suggest re-reading last 3 - 4 weeks posts of all involved: Jupiter, Phil13, Alexandria, Pdym, Cookie and others. Actually, you may return to the re-reading several times so to get it better. Also, please don't forget about the Art of War. Then, all will be YOU.

The fact that you have been more than 3 years with Fx and 2 years around the TAF thread and still are in search may be interpreted differently, one may see there a good potential. Presumably, you should not hesitate, go ahead and pose your exact questions after re-reading and practising. If I may, be honest and persistent, disclose your failures (at least to yourself), or share your success way not forgetting about basic safety/ security.

Very briefly:

Now is London session. What is economic calendar saying? There is news that might affect G/U behavour before/at/ after 09.30. Who might show hands and when? Real moves and fake ones? How to make your feeling (when to deploy scouts)? What could be contingencies? Has U/J already shown her hands, what about U/CAD?
Etc....

Flow direction in Now: plan (general trend) 50/50 probability, moves 50/50 news 50/50, contingencies... There are so many ingredients. For me, impossible to lead and make hand held. Your knowledge, understanding, skills. Mine, is just Response Reflex on Pulse Feeling in Now (Market flow, Fundamentals, News, pairs bahaviour/ volatility, Force Major are within MO/MM). I see no indicators apart from PA (as below so above). That's why, please accept my apologies... Battle is going to commence.

I try trade on FX many year and done many attempts. Sometimes I was frustrated in FX and some methods and gave up! In 2014 I start to lern fti's thread. I hired translator to translate fti document which make priceaction1 of more than 200 first pages of this thread. But translation been inaccurate because translator does not know anything about FX. So I read thread with vocabulary))). Some moments I understand some not. I start trade and have some success! Thanks for you answer and advice!

"translation been inaccurate" - it may mislead you, information must be as accurate and reliable as possible;

"Some moments I understand some not." - why not asking? Hopefully, someone here would graciously come to assist.

on G/U it looks and feels to me like someone is trying to set up a stop/order run into the 50's (the last daily high), maybe they will use the news for this purpose??

all we (ant's) can do is follow the trail of crumbs that fall from their table.

Hello Phil,

You are perfectly right. It's always 50/50. But London guys are pretty good in things to outsmart other "big boys". Sometimes there have been fake moves right before releases, sometimes big fakes right after or half hour an hour, etc. later. Why not 90 - 100 pips move?

Normally, we see a fact and respond to it after news releases - following the Now flow. Advanced ones are making all moves. I'm far from there yet.

When you read FTI - think about what everything could mean - your language worries may actually help you by making you study everything in more depth - it is much deeper than at first it appears. It took me ages of rereading before I actually got the right vibe and was open to it. You MUST also learn from market.

Why I believe indicators are just retail traders trap because all of indicators are driven with formulas and all of them are just derivative of price, which therefore indicators are all dependent variables of price. Because of this indicators by Nature have to Lag.

Jupiter posted nice reminders for us of FTI thoughts and trading (as I trade I hear FTI telling me these things...) - if studied one posting explains the price action today around eur gbp and news. Jupiter has been very kind to post these reminders they are fab. These golden tit bits are throughout this thread.
