I tried renko chart on Dealbook and applied an indicator to it. Weird, but it seems like the indicator is based not on renko closes, but on closes of a regular time bar chart. Is there a way to get around it, maybe some old-time GFT Dealbook user can give me a tip?
One more question to people with GFT experience - how long does it take to withdraw by (debit) card? Any problems with that?
PS GFT Mini Terminal for MT4 - looks like a perfect one-click solution. Anyone uses it? Does it work as smooth as on demo? Including allowing opening opposite positions (locking)?

When GFT discontinued support for CTL programming, the old-time users started a forum here, http://www.ctlforum.com/ to talk about DealBook360 platform. Not sure if the forum is still active or answering questions.

Was that withdrawal initial deposit + something? I just have experience of dealers paying until you want to withdraw more than you actually invested. I know I may sound paranoiac, but I DID have those kind of experiences.

GFT is secure. They are regulated by NFA and FSA, etc.
My withdrawals was initial deposit + profit, but next time I was able to withdraw only the sum of the initial deposit.

Today, I've found out that they have changed my margin from 1% to 2.5% on EUR/CHF and disabled even guaranteed SL on this pair.My broker said it's GFT fault and I want to know if someone here had encountered a similar situation with GFT. In my case,this situation is only on this Eur/chf pair...in rest everything is normal.
The strange thing is that on demo account everything is normal : margin req 1% and there even guaranteed SL can be activated on Eur/Chf.

Yes, they told me they have contacted them...but I don't trust them.My intermediate broker is www.tradeville.eu on CFD Forex. They are using Startrade360 which in fact is DealBook 360...but it's very weird to take out even guaranteed SL for eur/chf besides rising my margin requirement. The fact is I never lost any trade in the last 2 months and maybe they are losing money with me and that's why they are acting accordingly...I've earn few thousand bucks, not billions..what to believe now?

So, this is for Eur/chf . Thanks...I will try if it's possible to move the money directly to GFT.I like this market maker,very trustable, no wierd spikes..the only bad thing it was this situation but even here as you already confirm, it seems my direct broker plays against me on EUR/CHF and not GFT...

FIFO .... FIFO... I wish GFT UK will remove this rule, and apply it only to GFT US. I love their execution and spread.

Actually, most exchanges and financial traded products operate in a similar fashion to FIFO.... Mt4 was made for market makers (not designed to connect to ECN or exchange). GFT's dealbook was designed to be compatible with the outside world, not only for in-house order matching. That's why mt5 went to FIFO....to be compatible with the majority of the exchange traded products and ECNs.
I don't even know if I have guaranteed stop loss. How do I check this setting? Can anyone provide a picture of the setting or the status box that says guaranteed stop loss?
How to check if EUR/CHF is 1% margin requirement or been changed to 1.5%? Is that the same settings as the guaranteed stop loss?

I hope you can see the picture to see the difference. Try to make a OCO order and choose EUR/USD - Guaranteed Stop will appear under STOP option. If you choose EUR/CHF - Guaranteed Stop should not appear if my broker has right and GFT disabled Guaranteed Stop for EUR/CHF and USD/CHF. I want to know if this is true and everybody here has the same conditions.
Two weeks ago, I had the possibility to activate guaranteed SL on EUR/CHF and I had this order type during Greek election weekend.
Because of this, my broker changed my margin requirement from 1% to 2.5% (not even 1.5%). His condition was : either you get SL guaranteed or we will lower the margin to 2.5% instead of 1%. If GFT disabled SL guaranteed stop then I'm dealing with 2.5% margin and it's not good for me.
Guaranteed SL costs 3 pips (Example: if you buy at 1.20100, it will place in fact your order at 1.20130) and SL will be mandatory placed at 65 pips difference (you can move it with the price, but always no more less than 65 pips)...this is in case of EUR/CHF.
