Chart Event - Drag Order from Trade Tab

I would like to be able to access the ticket # of an order that I drag from the Trade Tab onto a chart or another object. Is that possible?

One reason I want to be able to do is that so I can use the ticket # and apply changes to the TP and SL with a script.

Assuming that you are using MT4,
unless things have changed, I don't think that you can drag orders from the trade tab onto the chart, only closed orders.
