Is there a way in MT4 to change font size for what displayed in Trade and History tabs?

you can do it by increasing font size in your windows, but then u will see every thing on your pc with big fonts.

Right Click Mt4 > Properties > Compatibility Tab > Change high DPI settings > Check "Override high DPI scaling behavior. > Change "Scaling preformed by:" to "System Enhanced" > OK > Apply
