In January 2008 both the Maltese Lira and the Cypriot Pound will converge into the Euro. Both countries have decided to adopt the Euro as their currency.
Following crosses will be removed: MTLEUR, MTLUSD, CYPEUR and CYPUSD.
The last trading day for these crosses will be Friday, November 2, 2007.
Beginning November 5, 2007 these crosses will no longer be tradable.
The current conversion rates for these currencies are as follows:

So whats gona be the effect,...i know that when slo adopted in the january 2007, there was a big sell off, starting in january 07...
