Hi, another incident with me. A buy stop was set at 1.09328 but by checking TICK LOG of FXOPEN (all ticks downloaded from FXOPEN), the highest ask was only 1.09327
Interestingly, the EUR/USD.ask chart on MT4 shows highet to be 1.09337 which is exactly 10 points above the TICK LOG price. I have emailed them back and forth and have been told that this is normal ECN/STP execution.
However, I disagree and here is my proof from TICK LOG (which I obtained from FXOPEN and their support staff has confirmed that he also only sees the highest to be 1.09327):
2015.08.05 20:00:02.170 '880169': pending order #48881660 buy stop 0.96 EURUSD was modified -> price: 1.09328 sl: 0.00000 tp: 0.00000

They claim that the buy stop is executed based on level2 quote, but from what I understood, buy stop should not have anything to do with level2 quote at all. Am I misunderstanding something or is something wrong here?
