My Kagi daily chart has me long this pair. I do see your logic however. Good luck to both of us I guess.lol

CAD can be a pain right now. It is so tied to the price of oil and as that jumps around so does CAD.

Just look at the top and bottom wicks on all those daily candles.

There are better pairs to trade.

That's really only relevant if I was reacting to all those meaningless wicks. My trade idea is based on established levels. But to each his own.
I wasn't refuting your trading concept. In fact, I trade levels as well. My comment was that CAD trades can be noisy right now due to fundamentals wrt oil. I have no doubt that you would meet with even more success in the current environment with pairs that did not include CAD.
Sounds reasonable.
Break out of the trend line, pullback to the same, formation of the Three Black Crows.

I think so, we see the trend line H4 is very strong, huge gap resistance range.
