Hi guys

I noticed since yesterday that I am missing a whole days worth of data on my NZD/USD chart.

Please see pic attached, look at the dates of the red arrow. There is no 23rd.

On other platforms from same broker it has that day but really dont feel like moving all indies etc over to new platform

Anyone else have this problem or am I missing something?

Hi Rooi,

You should be able to copy the data over from one of your other platforms ...

1.Close all the NZD charts on the platform with the bad data (save a template file first if you want it be setup the same afterwards)
2. On one with the good data, go to the History folder in your File -> Open Data folder
3. Copy the NZDUSD data across to the History folder of the one with bad data (overwriting it)
4. Reopen a NZ chart and should be all good
1 pip at a time ... if the entries are strong, the rest will follow ...

Ah really ... hmmm, sometimes it holds stuff in memory until being closed.

FYI ... other way it may have worked in this order then :

1.Close all the NZD charts on the platform with the bad data (save a template file first if you want it be setup the same afterwards)
2. On one with the bad data, go to the History folder in your File -> Open Data folder
3. Close the terminal with the bad data. Move the open folder to another screen (to remember which is which).
4. On one with the good data, go to the History folder in your File -> Open Data folder
5. Copy the NZDUSD data (all timeframes) across to the History folder of the one with bad data (overwriting it)
6. Reopen the bad one, open a NZ chart and should be all good

But certainly no harm in installing a freshly downloaded one now and then.
1 pip at a time ... if the entries are strong, the rest will follow ...
