Hi everyone,
Great thread. I have tried to see if I can find the reasoning somewhere in this thread but no luck.....is there any reason why pips are reported by totaling all the entries vs. the average price in and average price out? I personally think that gives a better indication of what was really made on the trade. I.E. you could enter 3 lots on one entry and make 100 pips and enter 20 lots on another entry and make 10 pips claiming 110 pips when the reality is the average true pips made per lot is 22.
Again, just curious. Thank you.
