Thank you for such generous efforts in coding this EA for free, Rad. Your donations idea is certainly a good and morally sound idea. I have been following developments here quietly and the only issues still stopping me from testing out you EA is that Im waiting for the version with the ability to start at X points from current price, and Line color for TP (and hopefully SL). These options I believe will be critical to being profitable in the long term if used in a kind of semi auto mode. Hopefully you will find enough time to make this version available soon. Thanks.

Thanks for the support man. That's why for the last release I won't give v1.10, because I'm planning to release 3 big features on v1.10.
Start from X points, Avoiding Holiday, and Date Time series for AnyTime. Sorry for the delay.
If you ask me to code/fix your EA... it's probably not for free...
relax bro.. just do what we wanna do.. we dont force them to use the EA... up to them to use it or not

Congrats for an excellent thread.

I have been forward testing exact same system on demo account for some 6 months now; though with out the benefit of an EA (as my platform is different). My settings are: gap 20 pips with TP and SL also 20 pips. I only trade .US30 at NYO for max one hour. I usually manage two cycles in this duration. An other variation is that I open a buy and a sell position simultaneously. By doing so, I get 20 pips on one position anyway with the first 20 pip movement up or down. The other position then follows the martingale series 1,2,4,8..... This gives me a total of 40 pips in each cycle. Only twice during my entire testing period, the martingale index went beyond 5.

Since I cannot be very regular in my trading due to other commitments, I can only trade for about 12-14 days in a month. It has been generating minimum 10% monthly profit (demo :-)) consistently. There is great potential in this system and if the settings are right, it can be consistently profitable.

What interests me most in your thread is the DAILY HIGH - LOW strategy. Can you please shed some more light on the strategy. I shall be highly grateful.

I never thought of using it in US30. Would you care to share what is your starting lot and starting balance? Would like to try it as well.

Daily High Low basically, there's a settings where it will record the current today's high and low price. I noticed this behaviour on EUR/USD and XAU/USD (especially). For XAU/USD, normally I will set to 14:00 SGT (06:00 GMT) to record high and low. And most of the time (90%+) it always breaks either high or low. So, I coupled with this martingale tunnel, but I haven't retry it anyway in XAU/USD, only EUR/USD.

So with Tunnel Martingale, there are 2 elements: the daily high and low recording time, max martingale cycle (based on the current logic, it will work when this value is set to > 0). The others just to follow the standard Tunnel Martingale settings. Once the cycle completes or max martingale reaches, then high low will be set to zero again, until the next day.

Hope it helps. I'll try your strategy on US30, man! Probably gonna live up XAU/USD again in the game.

As I talked to you that I am changing process little bit. Once my trade hits index 2 then I set SL and TP. But both SL and TP are set to close that trade with break even or very small loss. I keep profit before it starts index 2. But I operate 3 cycles at a time sometimes.

But there is simple formula.

Greater Risk = Greater Profit/Loss

Less Risk = Less Profit/Loss

Hi, thanks for the amazing EA, really a great work and a lot of afford.
Can anyone modified something for me? I like to use this EA as semi-auto.
It only start working after i put a trade manually, and stop after a cycle, it won't start again until i put a new order, buy or sell.
the other function just fine, i can manage it to use.

I think you did not read the thread. When you want to place trade, you can use EA to place first trade by changing the settings for initial trade; you can set the settings and tell EA to place Buy or Sell trade. Activate the EA when you want to place trade. Then change the settings "Cycle=1".

Hi,

I change the setting "cycle=1", but it still open new trade after reach TP, i saw the text in chart "cycle count=2".

One more problem that i face is, let say the start are buy 0.01, when the price reach the PO sell 0.02, it have open a new buy PO 0.04 but after that it close all trade, then open a new trade buy 0.01 at the PO sell 0.02(new cycle).

I upload my setting, if someone could help me look where is wrong.

I noticed this a few weeks ago. I have fixed it but haven't release any fixes. Will release only for this fix this Monday.
Sorry for my inactivity these 3 weeks, due to some busy stuffs...

Got no clue why my High Low strategy was blown off. I know that there's risk playing with martingale, and I don't think the other strategies have no risk as well. I guess at some point of time, 100 points gap also got risk. I want to try again with 200 points gap, 1 times a day, SNR or High Low.

I wanted to test it because I wanted that index don't go more than 5. Slow but steady profit is ok for me. If in one cycle you close the trade in index 5, then it is very good. I tested 200 point gap even before writing posts in this thread but at some point it didn't fail but it was risk and I wasn't comfortable with it. On the top of it I chose half level because if price hit half level then it means that price is not ranging and time to ready for big move.

If you want to avoid higher index then there is another idea in my mind that when price hit half level then activate your system with 200 points. Once trade is closed then wait gain for PA to hit half level and activate EA again.
