as the title says i am looking for a broker who has no commission and lowest spreads and ofc no problems when it comes to withdrawal and stuff

You can track the spreads on Myfxbook, top 4 on the EURUSD are currently:
FXCM
Tickmill
Gainsy
GDM

As to commissions then the top 4 ECN brokers are:
Ikon
Tickmill
Gainsy
Sensus

Any time. If you trade a lot then it makes a huge difference what the spreads are. Better keep the money to yourself than give to some greedy brokers
How about IC Markets? I have heard good things about Tickmill, but their jurisdiction and licence does not inspire much trust.. Another scalping broker could be Ruizean Trader or Darwinex. People seem to have good things to say about them, but then again some people have good things to say about all brokers. Tickmill might be the best, but the whole licence story is not the best!

I am on demo with Tickmill. Their spreads are really correct IMO.
