Can someone code this - MTF Gann Lines?

hi Everyone,

I need some coding help and hopefully someone can do this work...

on image i drew upper timeframe lines basically i need all timeframe gann lines on single timeframe from m1 to monthly and there must be a option to select/remove the timeframe list. like i can remove m5 or m15 if i only want other timeframes gann on my chart.

Also it will be more good if one can add alert feature, which can alert me when price reaches or near gann time frame. we can use some pip gap for it. like if price is reaching h4 gann and we have set gap of 20 pips the alert pops out alerting me price is 20pips away from h4 gann.

And most important part is to code a dashboard for now i dont have any idea about it but maybe one can dig out some better idea for it. it can be with pips gap between price and gann showing all timeframes for many pairs including cfd's.
