Recommendations for trading journal software

I was just wondering what people use to journal their trades and I was wondering whether anyone could recommend a pre-canned software package. Or suggest a simple way to keep track of trades and notes.

I think most in here use a spread sheet, there are more advanced ways, like using access or an actual database, personally, I just use mt4 history. when I make a trade I fill in the comments section with the info about the trade.
