A few days ago a "trader" named Fabbrizio Ravaglia ( Abbey Signals Service ) burned 1,200,000 dollars , also burning his 300 subscribers .

On Mql5 messages I have found the last message of Fabbrizio Ravaglia , the One Million Dollar man .

He simply says :" The signal is momentarily suspended. I am working to make the necessary changes to make it more effective and avoid the problems of the past few days. I apologise for what happened, it was not my intention to cause this discomfort. I'm very sorry. "

for the fact that i think youre a coder ,you didnt promote any ''holy grail'' and you advised non martingale guys to move forward and advise to use cent accounts i was quiet on reporting anything.
in my personal view i agree with more flexible rules for proven coders here on FF.so thats why i didnt made any report after i posted in your thread,i let at admins discretion.i do belive coders need some different and flexible rules regarding commercial section,the proven ones who can prove to customers they own the code they made it and they improve it on the way.
other commercial like signal providers or the ones who cant prove they are coders and their way of selling is a regular ''99.99$ forex secret revealed'' promotion silly way then here STRONG rules are needed.not to mention for the ones who offer funds management this ones need the strongest rules ever,their TE must not be editable at all so they cant show or hide only what they want,and strong rules made that without any OPEN and TRANSPARENT TE you have no place in ff to offer funds management and signals.add the rule that any commercial guy to not have the right to ban anyone from his thread as simond mentioned,this can be done only by admin after a report with some reason behind the ban in accord with rules.
eliminating bad content will bring good quality traffic to the site even if in this way rank will take some time to fill up in the end will be consistent and constant curve.bad content always came with occasionally traffic and risky fluctuations,i point this as a ceo matter thinking on advertising ff is doing and how low and bad content can affect the traffic needed in this area.

Thanks Husky, this has taken a while but I did get my money back BUT not directly from the scammer, from my CC Provider (Bank), and his 3rd party provider has taken the funds back from him
It has taken a while but is definitely worthwhile to highlight scammers like this.
I was required by my CC Provider to have the supplied software evaluated by a professional coder to see if it met the original order (my original email requirements), and the professional deemed it was inferior code ... did not meet the "brief" and ... and it also contravened International Copyright Laws.

The CC Provider (Bank) apparently work with Australian Federal Police in relation to these types of situations where bank clients provide comprehensive, verified information.
I believe that they are investigating further in relation to Copyright breaches by this coder and also working with the Firms whose original software he de-compiles
(PZ = Point Zero) are also investigating for International Copyright breaches.
I provided original emails (with headers as proof) including where he claimed his grandfather was a judge ...

According to the Bank, once they determine Fraud, their Fraud section then works with the AFP, Australian Federal Police and Interpol, where applicable, to bring perpetrators to International justice.
Apparently this costs the Australian economy many millions each year and is taken very, very seriously.

One of his latest attempts at a scam is his publication below, where you can make up your own mind about it's validity of true performance.
As always Buyer Beware and if you decide to buy something ask for Live Proof, not just a YouTube video PLUS only ever pay via Escrow, your guarantee that if it does not work as Advertised then you do not release the funds ...

I didnt know Banks have service for software disputes. In my country Im sure that not exitst

yes, full transparency, strong rules, kill this section ... when you buy a phone, are you 100% sure is going to work? when you buy a software, are you sure is 100% bug free? when you buy a service, ... no need to continue with examples.

..., or maybe is too easy to have the commercial status since the only requirement is to publicly say: 'I sell ... whatever'.

brother... when i bought my phone i received 2 years guarantee. the product is certified by the producer so is not a copy.it does what it says inside the box.
If you sell me your EA or your signal like '' the secret of forex'' last 99 copies take it now bla bla bla how you guarantee that will do exactly as your words.

Yes, therefore apply regulations for commercial status instead of letting every 'I sell something' to be commercial. (It is even worse than that, it's an automatically status update without notice as soon as the pigeon is released.)

you sell something i see.i dont know what that is what it does.
if i come in your thread and i just ask details as any usual guy about performance,clear statements with past record data to prove (at least in some %) that your ''thing'' does what you claim,and after you see me insistent with such requests you just ban me from your thread.does that look ok to you?considering the rules we have now.
is that fair that a commercial guy to ban me if i am insistent in requesting proof's of quality,performance?
