Looking for a trading journal application

I'm looking for a trading journal application where I could write down my trade info. The journal as to have the capability to keep also snap pictures. Ideally, also a way to register emotion before / during and after a trade.

Any suggestion?

I, personally, like Myfxbook.com. They connect to your broker and get your trade information near real time. You can then flag your trades based on your criteria, as well as make comments throughout the trade. The comments section allows you to upload images as well.

Myfxbook then has a good deal of analytical tools to help you evaluate your trading.
