anyone else see the divergence pattern, s and p 500 is about to be dropped off a cliff i think, although its confusing as the ratios are better and i was thinking it was a debt problem which would cause a drop. Currently US citizens have less spending power or income relative to prices and have no more consumption ability through debt unles you wanna get ridiculous, they are above pre financial crisis levels when you add in personal loans..... credit card debt and then the gov is also in serious debt. So they are stuck between hyper inflation worries from all the printed money and no possible growth from domestic consumption they need to export. But as interest rates go up so does the dollar which causes a problem. So something has to give either the dollar has to drop or american companies have to maintain profitability with no increased demand???? Where did all the money go i did some research into gov spending, its all gone to wonky gov spending, they pay too high wages for public servants especially the reserve bank of america, like 3 billion dollars a year in wages for the fed???? So i just not sure but something has to give??
Anyways anyone have thoughts on the s and P 500 cause it looks pout of place to me.
here is the 30 mins close up, following the channel as it tightens but goes through the bottom, signal?
Oh and sorry i have to explain this pattern.
I draw triangles like a fib sequence, but doing multiple fibs over long time frame moves, that gets messy so i just look at the area under the triangles where they cross over with other triangles.
SO then i can compare the market to my pattern now, each point is a point of inflection (corners of triangles)(so if a pattern (pattern is a combination of up down movements, with a direction or sometimes horizontal) starts or holds around them it will continue until the next inflection point), so if it makes it up continuous after 3 weeks its good for another 3-4 weeks if it makes it past that its good until march if it makes it past march then its good until last quarter. If it has trouble at those points i'm looking for a sharp sell.
