Thanks to this thread, I am trading with a purpose and a plan. I have confidence to add to positions, and to set sensible SL levels.

Good results today +50 pips each on GBPCHF AUDUSD NZDUSD

My apologies. I had to be away. Well I see that the pair still distributing or accumulating within a triangle. And I also see that in TF M5 MAs have gathered. Something will come out of there.

It is very likely that the wave has begun to fall, is a "C" wave.
The "C" waves have impulse structure.
The problem of "C" wave is that it is very difficult to know how to measure.
The only truth that is on the "C" wave is that, at least, are related to the wave "A" by 38% of fibonacci.
So in my shorts, I have set as a goal first projection 38% fibo of the "A" wave on the "C". So I have the profit there.
The "C" is usually a wave for liquidity.
If everything said so far is correct, we are in wave 2 of "C", which seems to be forming a triangle.

Check out this book to better understand the corrections.

Probably we are facing a zigzag or a hybrid between zigzag and flat. (TF DAILY)

We can never know when and how it will end a correction. But you can create probable scenarios in each grade. This facilitates the discretionary trading, which is the most potent.
When a scenario is created, then you use your system to find the appropriate entries.

Btw...EU daily candle forming undecision forming...rejected to short but not confident to long....one 12460 break....i jump to short...(but we aproaching asian session now)

I am short with caution ar EURUSD. Also have SELL STOP, under the last double top (M30).
Management capital and risk. No problem. Stop loss near.
