Most brokers offer that pair, but personally I dont use it since I dont know whats going on in Singapour. SGD is a valuable currency though.
Best bet would be rueters or bloomberg.

No, I don’t have any experience with this trading instrument! Basically, I am not comfortable with exotic trading pair! In my live trading chart I use only 3 trading pairs (EUR/USD, GBP/USD and USD/JPY)! By the way, in my demo account I worked with more than 20 trading instruments including CFDs and Metals! But I was satisfied with these 3! That’s way, till now I am working with them only!
