How do you change arrows to highlight bars like shown?

I might be mistaken, but if you're using MT4 you might not be able to make arrows do that sort of highlighting. It actually looks more like they used the rectangle tool to draw the box and have it set to show behind the chart.

I'm not really sure though, since I don't really use MT4 anymore.

Press "F8" then modify colors.

heres the 2 example indicators, one makes the coloured bars/blocks(miko one), the other makes arrows

I would like the arrows into blocks.

Even better I would like to merge the 2 indicators into one indicator.
