Change the size and color of arrows on MT4 chart?

Is it possible to change the size and shape of arrows on an MT4 chart and keep that change?

If I insert an up arrow on a chart and then modify that arrow, can I keep the changed arrow so that next time I insert an up arrow I get my changed arrow.

I've tried doing this but if I insert another arrow or restart MT4 I lose the changes.

I have ticked "Tools/Options/Server/Keep personal settings and data at startup" but that makes no difference.

Can anybody help with this?
