Alarm when Bar closes above a level

Hi, I have searched and searched and my poor little fingers are tired.

I am looking for an indicator that will tell me when a bar Closes above a certain price level I set.

For example. I want an alarm if a bar closes above 2.02 on Cable or below 1.98. Ideally should take a high and a low and alarm if a close happens above or below this level.

Simple?

You can set an alarm on the MT4 platform without an indicator.

It is located in the terminal window. Click on the ALERTS tab. Right click in the box and select CREATE. You will get a pop up box with alarm details.

Not what I was looking for.

I am looking for it to alarm when price Closes above the price level. The alarms in MT only are for price crossing and not based on closed bars.
