Thanks for explaining PSAr, yes I agree MM is personal , but atleast your records clearly show for the last 24 months your MM has worked well.

In the last 2 weeks you have done very well , you have followed your strategy , without any hesitation , thats amazing!

Hopefully I get there!

If you have any suggestions of re-wiring the brain from making it over analyse by all means shout them out to me

LOL, you made me laugh. There is no real way to re-wire your brain my friend. You just have to become more confidant in what you are doing. If you trust your trading method, not just this one but anyone, and have a solid MM method that you have tested in a live market scenario and you trust that MM method, the stress comes way down. After that its either win, lose or draw based on what the market does. it is completely out of your hands. you did your best. the trade will either win, lose or you break even.

The best piece of advice I can give anyone is, it is a cliche, plan your trade and trade your plan. After that it's anyone's guess as to what the market will do.

Hey thats cool , I made you laugh , we cant always just be boring LOL , yes thats the plan plan the trade and trade the plan. i am short aus and kiwi, thats the problem, once i get in a few trades i seem not to be able to take more then those, but that messes up the stats , like not having gone long any of the yen pairs

didnt take the eyro short also , but will get there , thanks for you support

hey ilzama, thanks for a great simple system. do you think this would be feasible to trade on a daily timeframe?

audusd entry was 1.0199 on 7 may 2013 , got stopped out on 9th may 2013 , then barry put a resistance line at 1.0253 , supertren was still red

rentry at 1.022 on 9 may, entry after 1st red candle on 4hour

nzdusd entry 0.8390 on 7 may 2013 got stop out , on 9th may put a stop order to sell at 0.084250 , then with my superb over analysis skills went down to 1hour charts and saw all this pin bars forming facing north , i thought the trade isnt going to work , but i left it trusting the 4hour time frame

so both trades running nicely

When you adjust your SL levels to BE + 3 then + 1 pip for every 10 pips of price movement, or SR + 3, do you add on the spread for short trades? My chart shows only bid prices, but I believe Oanda can show charts with either bid or ask prices.
As of the ILZ last update, we have new entry(yellow arrow) on GBPUSD at 1.5289 with stop loss at the previous R(checkmarked) 1.5387....almost the same as 100 pips intital stop....let's see what happens...

I also got into that GBPUSD trade. What I am not sure about though is where the SL should be.

In post 134 Isalama said "Stop Loss - If I open a trade and there is already a S&R line that is less than 100 pips away, that is my stop".

On this basis should the green S&R line at 1.53135 (my chart) be the SL?
Koglkama I beleive ILZ is talking about the red support line...

Hey Ash,

So you should be +8 on AUD, NZD should have about +30ish, GBP should have at least +7. You charts must be way different then mine but thats OK.

Hey Koglkama,

I add the +3 to all sl movements, except for the initial 100 at trade start, because my spreads are almost always 3 pips or less, sometimes GBP/JPY may be a little over 4 pips during non-London hours.

Also, a few pips does not really matter much when your trading on a larger TF. IMHO.
