Daytrading/scalping with high leverage - my proven strategy

A clear example of emotional trading.

I took this trade based on the US NFP & Canadian Employment reports but it was a bit too late into the move. I always like to wait about 30 minutes after news release, see if there will be substance to the movement, by a pullback and then continuation. But I had no reason to enter this trade and realized it was an emotional trade, which always lead to losses. I promptly closed the trade as it was not worth it.

We all get pressured sometimes when we think we have not taken any trade for the last few days and this is an opportunity. Self discipline is @ the heart of success in any endeavor in life. The market is always there, and there will be another trade. I will wait for proper pullback, and join on an engulfing candle that takes out the last H4 high :nerd:

Took this AU short just before I left home but closed it as this is Friday and did not have the opportunity to move stop to break even plus 3, and would not leave a trade unattended on a week end.

Why did I take this trade compared to the UCA long? Look @ the mini charts and you will see some consistency & structure here compared with the UCA. Can't wait to resume fulltime trading again but guess have to wait a little bit more to conclude on my project.

My 1st trade of the week

My trade focus from the week end (posted on my blog) are doing very well but did not take any of them as I mostly start my trading on Monday morning @ 12 am PST and these pairs already moved during the Asian session.

AJ trade closed for about 5 pips as JPY weakens and AUD pulls back a little but watch the D1 pinbar that coincided with the H4 engulfing candle. This pair is on my radar for possible more downside.

Just woke up to see AJ resuming its downtrend

Help me find indikator TDI to MT4 build 610.

My terminal build is 610 and TDI working without any problem. Try to check the timeframe setting.

Unfortunately can't share the indicator as it was part of a proprietary system from few years back but there are several similar indicators here in FF. You just have to search for it but check out this thread.

My EJ short trade now closed on price reversal for a little under 1 pip loss as I missed the opportunity to close for about 6-7 pips while taking screenshot

Nothing of interest right now and will call it a day

Talk about being @ the right place @ the right time

I was just playing with indicators on my chart and planning my trade when I noticed some ramblings on the Yen pairs, and without wasting too much time analyzing, I just pulled the trigger and before I could even put in a SL, price was already up 26 pips

Going for a snooze & will be back for the London or US session.

Funny enough, I wasn't the only one that caught that trade as I just visited the Genesis thread and saw ExcessFx took exactly the same trade

Ah what a miss in the reversal trades on the Yen pairs. I am less than 2 weeks to finishing my projects - one should finish by tomorrow and the other should conclude by next Friday, and will allow for another week on correction and finishing touches here and there. Then I can at least pick more crumbs from the "market tables."

Trust some of you great traders are doing well. Please keep the thread alive
